  4. ESR COUNT IS HIGH. To make this normal?

ESR COUNT IS HIGH
I have obtained Blood test report in that my ESR count indicates 19 mm/hr where as normal must be between 0-9 mm/hr what precautions and steps I have to undergo to make this normal

Any infection in the body shows esr  raised.. U didn't not mention about the WBC count . According to that if any infection then it have to be treated after consulting.. drink plenty of fluids
