Escnx-5Mg medicine
I am taking escnx-5mg for my panic attacks but as discussed with my Psychiatrist, I told her that I'm not able to sleep early, she told me to change the routine and sleep early. Today I spoke with her and she told me that I should take 2 pills of escnx, I will take it but just want to know that 1 pill is enough to cause dizziness, I'm scared if I take it and my heart rate goes low As bp is getting low, but was normal today

Optimal dose of Escitalopram is 10 to 20 mg for anxiety and depression, 10 mg is unlikely to cause dizziness or low HR if taken post meal and adequate hydration is maintained

5 mg is just initiating dose, 10 mg is a good dose. It is usually given 10-20 mg. It is normal. Your body will adjust to the sedating effects in some days. Don't worry.
