Usually with complete cure as early as possible these diseases them self will not Cause erection problem BUT if it's been there for a longtime it might cause. So consult ASAP to a surgeon for phimosis & consult to a Dermatologist for balanitis, or you can consult to a general physician if you are confused about the disease what exactly it is. Consult for further queries. Stay healthy.
