Penis is not like the vagina that secrets lubrication. Penis is supposed to be dry my friend. You'll get pleasure touching yourself when you are sexually excited and not just anytime of the day. There's nothing wrong in you. You don't have problems you are just perfectly alright. Stop thinking so much about your penis and concentrate on ya career.
