Hi ..when I got my Erection..it quite hard and last for 15 20 mins .. is it normal ? I feel embarrassed because many times it happens in my office and public place when I thought of some sexual feelings .. even multiple times a day and it last for minimum 15 mins atleast

This is usually normal. Erections from sexual thoughts can last 10–20 minutes. No treatment is needed unless the erection lasts more than 4 hours, is painful, or occurs without sexual arousal. If it causes distress or frequent embarrassment, consult a urologist or sexologist.
