I am having erectile dysfunction due to frequent masturbation (alternate day) from the past one year, currently I have reduced masturbation and also I do not have smoking and drinking habit, but I am still facing issue with Erections, while watching porn I am having Erections,but not on remaining times. It has been suggested but not been proven that frequent masturbation leads to erectile dysfunction. If you are having erections while watching porn and if your early morning erections are good, then there is nothing wrong with your your erection mechanisms itself. It ios likely due to stress and anxiety.
I still would recommend tests. Please see an urologist for further tests and medicines.
