Erectile Dysfunction premature ejaculate

I have been trying to have sex with my girlfriend for a couple times now. I am not able to maintain my erection long enough and also ejaculated before penetration last time. I have had sex before with my previous girlfriend and didn't face such issue. I don't know if it is nervousness or am I not aroused enough. I also watch porn. Can it be that am addicted to porn and am not able to get aroused without it?
