Erectile dysfunction
My husband is facing ED issue for quite a while now. We are married for 3 years but stayed in diff cities due our respective jobs for more than a year but now we are living together fr close to a year and have been trying to consumate but could not succeed owing to his ED issue. He has been taking allopathic medicines but thats not helping at all. His erection doesnt sustain. Not sure what do we really need ayurvedic medicine, yoga or counselling.. We are under a lot pressure by our families to have baby ASAP. Please help..

Have good sleep, do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy..chilli.nd fried food Take CP SHILAJIT tb....Manmath ras .... nd tb....sidh makardhwaj bati... one each morning & evening for 3 months...wd hot milk.. See d results or otherwise consult a sexologist personally .

If only having a baby is the problem then go in for IuI. He needs to not have any pressures for anything to work. Then after a few basic investigations he can go on for some medicines
