Hello, these medicines are very safe to take. However still you are not able to maintain your erection at the time of penetration, rest of the time you have normal erection. It indicates you have performance anxiety. Please speak to experts and discuss in detail which will help to find out root cause. Once you understand the concept and how to overcome performance anxiety, medicines will help definitely and performance improves.
