I am suffering from sexual problem while i having sex penis erected perfectly but discharge soon and then after penis not erected but when i took viagra 50 mg i do good sex but viagra i am not performed at all this problem occurs since one year.

Dear sir your problem is mainly of premature ejaculation for which Viagra is not a suitable drug. You need to be assessed and some other medications like Depoxetine have to be prescribed. You can also apply a lignocaine jelly to increase time to ejaculation or try using a condom.
