Often frequent masturbation leads to erection problems and penis shrinkage. It seems to me you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot.

Erectile dysfunction occurs because of many reasons,most commonly due to diabetes .so first you need to get test done to rule out other causes. Then the medicine only will work.
