I am 44 years old having mild hypertension since last 1 year. I am having problem in erection during sex since last 2 years. Due to this i am having stress. I have been uaing over the counter sidenafil citrate for my condition. Earlier 25 mg wd do it now i require 100 mg of it. I am very stressed out. Kindly suggest treatment and medicine
