Erectile dysfunction
Hello doctor; I am a 27 years old guy. By profession I am a mechanical engineer therefore I have to work on an alternate shift on weekly basis. I am doing such alternate shift basis job from last 8-9 month. Mean while I felt so like my erection is not as strong as ever before. So I wanna know whether I am suffering from ed. Does working on alternate shifts affects on my sexual performance and what about my testosterone level whether I am suffering from testosterone difficiency?

Hi, due to irregular shedule with respect to food and sleep, our body gets stressed leading to hampering it's normal functions. In your case that's a problem, but at the same time you require to work. So inorder to mantain balance u will require to put in an extra efforts by , doing exercise a little and mantaining proper food habits , sleep at least for good 6 hrs etc. For. Now I don't feel ur testosterone levels are effected, body is just showing sign of street. So will request you to do necessary lifestyle changes. For that if require meet doctor near u or contact me.
