Erectile dysfunction at 21
Hi, I am a 21 year old college students and I have been dealing with ED as long as I can remember. At first I thought it's just because I'm nervous but then I realized it's more than. I rarely get full erections and even then I can't maintain it for more than a few seconds. Most of the time I ejaculate without being fully hard during sex and also when I masturbate. I even stopped masturbating for a few weeks and it still did not work. I'm only 21 and I'm really really worried about my future.

Thank you for asking. Before considering a condition of Erectile dysfunction, it must be ensured that you are getting sufficiently aroused, you are able to get adequate stimulation, and there is no other problem of anxiety and stress, in absence of these issues only can a condition of ED be diagnosed. In your age group anxiety and apprehension pertaining to Erections, sexual performance, etc are very common. The short time to ejaculate, in your case, could be due to anxiety. More so, there are various myths and misconceptions seen in your age group regarding sexual facts, which must be clarified, and often causes fear and anxiety pertaining to one's sexual ability to satisfy a prospective partner. Considering all this, I would suggest you to consult with a sexologist in detail. A more information and specific questions could be asked by him to know more about the problem. Overall, I don't see an ED but an anxiety issue, which could be causing early ejaculation issue. Use of pornography, masturbation habit, sexual. Fantasies, are some important areas explore.
