Namastey At 38, the presence of erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) alongside diabetes and cholesterol imbalance is a well-recognized clinical situation. Even when your HbA1c is reasonably controlled, subtle vascular and nerve-related changes can influence erection quality and ejaculatory control. The encouraging part is that your physical activity and glycemic control already provide a strong foundation for recovery. Non-pharmacological measures play a very important role in such cases. Pelvic floor strengthening through Kegel exercises can significantly improve ejaculatory control and may also support better erection quality by enhancing blood retention in penile tissues. Additionally, addressing lifestyle patterns, mental stress, and performance-related anxiety is equally important, as these factors often contribute to both ED and PE.
Next Steps
You should begin a structured routine of Kegel exercises, ensuring correct technique and consistency—contracting the pelvic floor muscles for a few seconds, then relaxing, and repeating this in multiple sets daily. Alongside this, focus on mindful sexual practices such as gradual stimulation, pause–start techniques, and relaxation during intimacy to improve control and confidence. Since your condition involves multiple contributing factors, a personalized and guided approach will give better and more sustainable results. For professional support, tailored guidance, and a holistic management plan suited to your condition, you are advised to connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5, where we can assist you with a structured program designed specifically for your recovery and long-term sexual wellness.
Health Tips
Focus on improving overall vascular health, as erection quality directly depends on good blood circulation. Follow a heart-friendly diet—reduce fried, processed, and high-sugar foods, and include nuts, seeds, fresh fruits, green vegetables, and healthy fats like ghee in moderation. Regular physical activity such as brisk walking, yoga, and light strength training will further enhance circulation and testosterone levels. Avoid smoking and limit alcohol, as both can worsen ED. Manage stress through meditation, pranayama, or mindfulness, since psychological factors play a significant role in both ED and PE. Ensure adequate sleep of 7–8 hours, as hormonal balance and sexual health are closely linked with proper rest. With consistent efforts and the right guidance, your condition can significantly improve. Thank You

Dear Practo User, It seems to me that you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot in past and sometimes you still do. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon and also sometimes ejaculate within few strokes? Sometimes PE is a problem for men who have erection problems (erectile dysfunction or ED). This is when men are not able to get or keep an erection that's firm enough for sex. Since an erection goes away after ejaculation, it can be tough to know if the problem is PE or ED. ED should be treated first. Premature ejaculation may not be a problem once the ED is treated. We can help you in treating both the issues of Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation step by step. So if you genuinely interested in seeking a solution for these issues then you can contact me either online or in person. Would be happy to help you. You can contact me directly through my website link - https://www.drfayyazsexologyclinic.com
