I am a 29 year old male. I am a heavy smoker and now suddenly I have started feeling trouble in my sexual life. I fear I have started getting erectile Disfunction & along with that I hardly last a min in bed. Prior to this I never faced such problems. I was perfectly fine. My ED & Premature ejaculation is affecting my sexual life really badly.
If I quit smoking would that cure my problem? Is smoking the main reason for my premature ejaculation & ED? I have no other health issues apart from that? I don't know if it's relevant but when I have to even urinate, I can't control the pressure, I have to rush no matter where I am. I can't control it. Please advise
