Sometimes facing such problems are quite natural. Happens due to stress and tension and tiredness. I hope whatever medicine you took was with consultation from a doctor. Stop using any medications if you are without consulting a doctor. It's better to get yourself thoroughly checked and examined for any other underlying cause. Get a regular self check up done is what I mean. Apart from that do regular excercises, loose weight, stop smoking and drinking if you do. Live a healthy lifestyle.,
