Erecror spinae damage
I have ankylosing spondylitis and my erector spinae muscles are hurting me . Is there any treatment whom should i consult ?

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Ankylosing spondylitis, is a life time issue, it requires early treatment with regular exercises.

spinal extension exercise, stretches are required ,  kindly consult a physiotherapist and learn exercises . If pain is severe , pain relief modalities are necessary.

You are young and the involvement might not be much severe now. Timely intervention will help prevent any complications. Earlier you start a regular mobility exercise program it will give you best results. See a physiotherapist

Ankylosing spondylitis symptoms can be reduced by proper exercises Along with paraspinal strengthening exercises, you also require breathing exercises to maintain your lung function,And relaxation exercises. Posture correction is also important
