Eractile dysfunction

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am 30 years old but having eractile dysfunction because of that i am unable to make physical relation with my wife. My penis eracts but then goes down same time. It doesn't stay eract for more than few seconds. Which is embarrassing. I have done tests and my testestoron was little low for which I am having meds. But is there any physical treatment possible without meds but operation type which can solve this problem?
