Epithelial Cell count 4-6/hpf

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am having 5weeks of pregnancy. Last 3days I have suffered from severe fever, 101,102. And have done blood n urine test. Blood test was normal but urine test showing the result below: WBC. 3-5/hpf Epithelial Cells 4-6/hpf What does this mean? How it became high? Which precautions I need to take care?
