Epilepsy treatment
Sir, my brother have 2-3 attacks one year ago...we saw a doctor he diagnosed with epilepsy...
Ct scan was normal...he prescribed epilox chorno 500 ...he is on epilox chorno 500 since one year ...he has no seizure till one year after taking medicine...so can he stop or reduce dose of medicine... please help...

CT Scan is not great in Epilepsy
Requires MRI Epilepsy protocol and EEG
If they are normal and clinical examination is normal drugs can be slowly taken off after a seizure free period of 3 years
