Epididymitis
Did scrotum scan yesterday, has found infection please help me. Suffering pain in lower left abdomen to groin to left testicle. If pain starts it will be atleast 2 to 3hours. Finally I observed it after masturbation it is coming. Suffering with this pain from last 40 days. Think it's Urine infection & had 5days antibiotics course from my GP but when starts again then I did Scrotum & detect the infection.

It may take a course of 3-4 weeks of antibiotics for bacterial epidymoorchitis,
Filarial epididymitis is also not uncommon.
