Hii,
I had mild pain in right prostrate from 2-3 days,and swelling was there.So,I was suggested to have USG Scrotum which revealed
'Right acute epididymitis and funiculitias with mild reactive right hydrocele'
Please suggest treatment plan and whether it's curable or not.
