Epididymitis Pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I've been diagnosed with epididymitis and on antibiotics for abt 4 weeks. I had erectile dysfunction, pain in scrotum and urinary hesitancy. My conditions were getting better but 2 days ago i masturbate and all the problems have started again. I'm scared if infection has worsen and i have to remove epididymis. Should i have scrotum ultrasound? Can one get erection or have sex after removal of epididymis?

Yes you should get a scrotum ultrasound done. One can have erections and even after epididymis is removed.
