Epididymitis & Weak Urine Flow
I was diagnosed with epididymitis 8 weeks ago and i'm on antibiotics since then. I'm having urinary hesitancy, tingling sensation (like ant walking) on scrotum, pain in left testicle and groin area, lump and cyst in right testicle. I feel sweet pain on left artery of pelvic area. I do also have ED, chronic constipation and pelvic floor dyssnergia. While passing stool or urine, muscle contract and hold them back into body. If my bowel doesn't empty, i get sharp headache and vomiting due to excessive gas. I had taken antibiotics in excess for stomach infection in past that i think have caused me antibiotics resistance. I had TB in childhood and cough for a month if catch cold. I'm scared of developing chronic epididymitis as antibiotics ain't working in my case. Should i get TB test and penile doppler USG? Plz guide 🥺
