Eosinophil counts High

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi, I have had blood test done which shows Eosinophil counts high and also have had breathing problems while asleep with a wheezing sound whenever I exhale/inhale. Please suggest next steps. Is there anything I can change in the diet plan to normalize my Eosinophil Counts.
