You are 68 years old. At this age you should be prepared to accept a few so-called "abnormalities"  which are not affecting your quality of life. Please learn to close your eyes to certain diagnostic findings. Or else, accept Doctor's advice and be prepared for multiple surgeries (whether indicated or not). Remember, it is you who asked for a perfect body. If you don't want a hysterectomy for endometrial hyperplasia at the age of 68 years, you are waiting for the cancer to develop. Your regular check up and monitoring will be more cumbersome, expensive,  time consuming and tension generating than a simple hysterectomy.
