My 2 years old daughter was suffering from loose motions and fever. Her stool test showed 40-50 pus cells. We are giving her enterogermina, zioral and Cefolac 100mg twice from 3 days. She is fine now.The doctor has asked us to continue the course for 2 more days. Earlier we had given enterogermina for 2 days. So total 5 days of enterogermina. The problem now is she has not passed stool from 25 hours.
1) Should we continue enterogermina since she has past history of UTI. Will continuing enterogermina block her stool passage
2) if we need to continue with enterogermina Can we give her Gutclear which we used to give her daily (since she has history of UTI) before her loose motions started.

Dear parents,.
Your child is suffering from gut infection, give her all treatment for 5days atleast, same treatment.
Can stop enterogermina.
Constipation is not related to enterogermina.
Can add Syp zenflox half teaspoon ful twice a day for 7days, this will cure both gut infection & urinary infection.
