I feel something(cough) is there always in my throat-nose passage. Also i snore daily. My right ear feels like it is somewhat blocked little bit. Sometimes right ear pain also.

There maybe a sinus issue underlying ur complaints ... Steam inhalation twice a day will help also any form of exercise is good for ur airway and mucous clearance ... For proper evaluation plz cosult an ent specialist
