This is normal . All breast fed babies pass golden yellow , granular stools after feeds . They pass urine several times a day , remain active and continue to grow well . Nothing needs to be done for this as it is a normal phenomenon

Child can pass stool 10-12 times per day and once in 7 days both is normal
Danger signs: not taking feeds, irritable or lethargic, decreased urine frequency, fast or noisy breathing
