Hi, there is no contraindication for tea or coffee while taking antidepressant but taking it late in the evening can cause sleep disturbance and reflux of gastric contents . So it preferable not to take stimulants like tea or coffee after 6pm.
Though this medication might not cause decrease of appetite, it may cause nause and gastritis in few patients . But usually these symptoms might resolve with in a few days.
