Asked for Female, 22 Years

Had D&C on August due to heavy periods problem. Got my first periods a month later.However, its been 8th day already and the periods is still extremely heavy accompanied by clots , also the cramps are extremely painful. Is there any difference between a normal period and the first period after D&C ? Also, when is it going to stop! Any Longer and i might have to go for a blood transfusion!

I think you are having hormones imbalance.Get done TSH level and serum prolactin level.With reports again contact to gynaecologist and start treatment for ovulation induction.
