Enlarged prostate
I have gastric problems and sores ankle, since few weeks. So I went for a ultrasound check up and in my ultrasound report it's showing that my prostate is mildly enlarged in size and having prostatic weight of 21 grams. I'm 50 year male. Please suggest me , what I need to do?

And if your urine flow is good nothing to do with. No medication needed

U don't need treatment if you are able to pass urine well with out discomfort. Get a uroflowmetry and post void residual urine assessment to reassure that you have a good flow and emptying of bladder.
