Enlarged Lymph Node
Hi Doctor , My mother is suffering from Dry Cough and Shortness of Breathe from Last Month. We consulted a general physician he suggested to do an Chest Ray along with HRCT. In the chest xray report everything was normal . When we conducted an HRCT today my mother has "Small Airway Disease" and also there are few enlarged lymphnode in Pretracheal and Paratracheal region and largest one being 10.2 mm .. Is it something to be worried about. (My mother has consumed excess Ice Cream and Cold Drinks in last few days) Please let me know what should be next action. i have attached the HRCT report Regards
