Enlarged liver
Liver is enlarged. It's echogenicity is diffusly increased without any focal lesion. Intrahepatic bile ducts are ducts are not dilated. The common duct at porta measures 3mm. The portal vein measures 10mm at porta. This is my ultrasonography report of liver. I am feeling pain in upper abdominal portion what to do?

Hey, diffuse enlargement of liver is called fatty liver most commonly seen in alcoholic liver disease,its initial stage. Stretching of capsule around liver causing lower abdomen pain , consult general physician with report
