Enlarged liver
Liver is enlarged. It's echogenicity is diffusly increased without any focal lesion. Intrahepatic bile ducts are ducts are not dilated. The common duct at porta measures 3mm. The portal vein measures 10mm at porta. This is my ultrasonography report of liver. I am feeling pain in upper abdominal portion what to do?
