Reason behind low energy can be many, but usual cause of weakness can be low or improper dietary intake leading to vitamin deficiencies, other causes could be diabetes, high cholesterol levels, thyroid issues, heart and kidney issues, electrolyte abnormality. A proper diagnosis can only be made after proper evaluation. Better treatment can only be given after diagnosis. Unnecessary medications will only cause more harm than benefit.
