Ma'am, your endoscopy report says that you have inflammation in your esophagus ( food pipe), stomach and 1st part of your small intestine .
Usually, during endoscopy a small tissue is taken from the stomach wall and tested for H Pylori to rule out H Pylori gastritis.
There is no comment about H Pylori in the picture you have posted.
