Asked for Male, 27 Years

Sir , I have been facing Throat problems for 3 months now.I have done endoscopy ,doctor said there little redness but no issue.I have consulted another doctor he has done USG Neck . please check the reports.i have attached blood report also sir.whenever I take Amoxicillin clavulante I am getting pain near groin and armpit area .I couldn't understand my problem sir.please help me

It looks like multinodular goitre but the ultrasonography is incomplete as it doesn't mention TIRADS SCORE . Kindly get a repeat usg with TIRADS SCORE and also a thyroid function tests
