  4. Endoscopic report. Need to worry about.

Hello sir. And mam I have done my endoscopy and my doctor is not available for now. I am confused about the report. Can someone help me here about the report and what does it says. Please help. Is there any things I need to worry about.

You should take syp sucralfate 2 tsf thrice daily, capsule Pantocid DSR one daily empty stomach and consult your gastroenterologist for biopsy through endoscopic procedure
