We are planning for family now,as am suffering from endometriosis conceiving is becoming a problem for me..my weight is 77...my gynecologist has told reduce weight it may be one of the reason..for loosing weight am doing aerobics in morning and yoga in evening. Is it OK for me to workout so much...is it advisable to do aerobics when we are planning for family?... My gynecologist has also advised me to take ovanac for ovulation.
