My periods at irregular and I have little heaviness in my abdomen area. I did ultrasound and got to know that my endometrial thickness is 7mm. Is it fine?

Endometrial thickness of 7mm can be normal however it depends on which day you hv done an ultrasound.
Causes of irregular periods can be many like pcos , thyroid disorder , hormonal imbalance etc
