More than 7 mm ET is adequate only. It's the characteristics of the thickness that is important. It should have triple line appearance at the time of ovulation. 200 mg progesterone support is good enough because it will be produced by the body itself. If your follicles are rupturing on its own that itself means your body is naturally producing enough progesterone to sustain the pregnancy
