Is it possible to measure endometrium thickness in 9 week pregnancy? If no gestational sac, normal uterus and 6.9 mm endometrial lining, can there be an ongoing pregnancy?

g sac on usg after 5th to 6th week of missed period indicates normal intra uterine pregnancy. However, absence of g sac in uterus doesn't completely rule out pregnancy as ectopics may also be there.
