Is endometrial polyp dangerous? Can it turn into cancer? Is there any treatment or will it heal on its own?

At your age it's not dangerous but better to get it removed if you are planning to conceive or u are having any menstrual disturbances

there are some variety that can turn into cancer..so u need to undergo tests
