Endometrial polyp
I have endometrial polyp I get spotting 14 days before periods on 1st day after that I get normal bleeding , doctor has told to remove it. But one of my doctor told it is not necessary to remove first DNC will be performed if cancer or any precancerous cells are detected then only they will remove is this correct suggestion ?

Endometrial polyp should be removed by hysteroscopy... Cancerous changes cn occur n polyp also..also there s no point leaving a precurson of carcinoma in situ... Moreover if you don't remove it you ll go on bleeding irregularly and i dont think its an acceptable situation for anyone
