Embolization vs Hysterectomy?

Would embolization be a viable alternative to a hysterectomy that was suggested for a 10cm large subserosal uterine fibroid to my 52yr old mother? Which one would be safer and better in the long run?

Treatment depends on symptoms. If pressure symptoms are there then hysterectomy is better , if irregular bleeding thn also hysterectomy better
