Hi. Greetings. Any problem neglected usually worsens and that's what has happened with your hand allergy i guess. I would need you to send in photos for diagnosing your allergy or you could see a dermatologist face to face and get examined. General measures for improvement and reducing hand allergy and eczema include using a moisturiser and avoid harsh soaps and detergents. Hope this helps.
