Elevated sgpt sgot alkaline phos and ggt
I am having mild pain in stomach along with acidity.dr given udiliv 300 and pentacid.
Liver is 15.1mm in size but other things are normal. Two years ago lapro for gall stone was conducted. Should the elevated levels are working?
To whom should I consult.?
Alk phos- 238. Range 50-160
Sgpt 114. Range 0-45
Sgot 81. Range 0-31
Globulin- 4.00. Range 1.8- 3.6
Serum bilirubin total 1.55 Range -0.2- 1.2
GGT- 88 Range 5-32

The most common cause of these abnormalities is fatty liver.
The most important treatment for this is dietary modification.
Medications have very minor role.
