Elevated serum PSA
My relative age 56 is complaining about urinary urgency from last one year , today we consulted with senior urologist
His serum PSA is 9.6 and PVR 142 ml and sonography attached
He told that PSA can be increased in infection and gave some tablet ZOCEF 500 MG
Trenaxa 500 mg
Prostagard d
For 10 days , and adviced to carry out mri if S PSA will remain elevated after 10 days
Pls suggest what should we do right now
