Elevated serum creatinine
My dad 76years old is a patient of CKD and DCMP
His recent report shows elevated serum creatinine 9.8 and blood urea 224
His blood pressure is normal but extremely fatigue with anorexia
He has acute lumber pain few days back but now it's normal
His Hb% 9.4 he is on mircera 75 monthly dose
He doesn't want to go for dialysis
Please suggest something to lower down his creatinine
His TSH was around 100 and he is taking thyronorm 125mcg
